Barbara Ann Bono Memorial Fund

Barbara helped 𝗧𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝘀, 𝗜𝗻𝗰. (TLC) become more then just a dream in 2017, she truly believed in what we could accomplish and helped us make our dream a reality. Any chance she had to talk about TLC and our rescue efforts she did. When she saw a cat or kitten in need she could not turn away, whether by fostering, donating or showing her support at fundraisers, she was drawn to help in anyway she could. Barbara believed that every cat & kitten deserved a chance to live their best life, friendly or feral. She was a truly special person.

We have created this fund for special needs cats & kittens in her memory and in the hopes that one day all cats & kittens can be saved. Barbara was one of the very first people to step up for any cat or kitten in need because she believed in the value of a life. All too often special needs cats & kittens are sadly euthanized by shelters & rescues across the country due to costly medical treatments. Barbara wouldn’t want to see these animals given up on simply because of cost. Through this fund her generosity and loving spirit will live on.

Barbara, we love you and we will miss you dearly. I hope we can continue to make you proud everyday by helping the neediest of cats & kittens on Long Island, NY.
